Marketing Director
London / Hybrid £DOE
An exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Director to join a high-profile, growing membership organisation.
Membership or association experience is essential. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked within a membership organisation, professional body, trade association or similar environment.
Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead a small marketing team and shape the organisation's marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, member engagement and commercial growth.
You will have responsibility for:
- Developing and delivering the marketing and brand strategy.
- Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, CRM, email, SEO and advertising.
- Driving member engagement, acquisition and retention.
- Leading and developing the marketing team.
- Working closely with the CEO, Board and senior stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- Significant marketing experience within a membership/association environment - essential.
- Senior leadership and team management experience.
- Strategic yet hands-on approach.
- Strong B2B and senior stakeholder experience.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, CRM, content, social and automation.
- Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
