Canary Wharf, United Kingdom Posted on 09/08/2026 Transformation Practitioner (inside IR35) A major UK bank's cybersecurity function is preparing for large-scale change, starting with a lean, seeded phase this year and a bigger build from next year. The bank wants to prove value in quarters, through a qualitative business review, rather than commit to a big programme upfront. The focus is control, compliance and safer, faster engineering journeys. The engagement runs through a partner consultancy who holds the direct client relationship. What the client wants People who feel like practitioners, not coaches. They work alongside the bank's own portfolio managers and Scrum Masters, act as extended resource, and show the change by doing the work rather than instructing from the side. They want consultants who are framework-agnostic and heavy on real delivery The team Three people to spearhead the first phase, each carrying a specific, named piece of the problem so the client sponsor can hand it off and focus elsewhere. One example given directly by the client sponsor: portfolio slicing, redesign and shaping into value streams. Core responsibilities Take ownership of one named problem area within the transformation and act as the go-to person for it Work embedded inside the bank's teams, alongside portfolio managers and Scrum Masters, rather than running separate coaching sessions Build early, visible wins within the first quarter to support continued funding Contribute to the shaping and language of the approach, so it reads as practical guidance rather than a branded methodology Navigate a risk-averse, highly regulated environment with judgement and patience Ideal profile Strong track record in a large, complex, regulated environment; banking or financial services preferred Comfortable working as an embedded resource rather than a visiting advisor Able to flex approach to the client's context, no fixed playbook Confident engaging at exec and board level, and equally comfortable doing hands-on delivery work Prior exposure to cybersecurity, technology risk, or a comparable control-focused function is a strong plus Trusted, low-maintenance operators who need guardrails rather than close supervision

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That's why we've set out on a mission to build the world's most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We're bringing that mission to life with HMND 01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we're growing the team to take it even further. About the Role We are looking for a Staff Program Manager to own the Services Business Process Automation (BPA) function - the digital backbone of our Services organisation. BPA runs the Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) platform, the Business Intelligence and reporting layer, and the integration of our business applications with customer IT/OT ecosystems - all operating within the corporate IT governance framework. This is a strategic, hands on ownership role. You will define and own the BPA program and roadmap, lead cross functional platform deployments end to end, and connect corporate digitalization strategy to on the ground Services execution. You will work closely with Services leadership, product and corporate IT, and external technology partners. What You'll Do: Define, own, and continuously evolve the BPA roadmap: SLM platform strategy, BI architecture, process automation priorities, and customer IT/OT integration. Translate corporate digitalization objectives and Services business priorities into a structured, time phased program with clear milestones and resource plans. Lead cross functional software deployments and platform integrations from requirement scouting to hypercare, applying Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and structured PMO practices. Own the program governance framework - risks, dependencies, change control, escalation, and steering committee reporting - and track schedule, budget, adoption, data quality, and SLA impact. Champion the Services Lean First KPI framework and ensure BI reporting reflects real operational progress across the whole Services organisation. Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, and build vs buy vs integrate decisions for new BPA tools and platforms. Act as the strategic interface between Services leadership, product leadership, and corporate IT - simplifying complex technical realities into clear business narratives for executives. We're Looking For: 8-12+ years in digital/IT program management, with a track record of leading large scale CRM, SLM, or ERP deployments. Proven success managing complex cross functional programs in mechatronics, industrial automation, robotics, field service, or advanced manufacturing. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification; Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master, or Kanban) is a strong plus. Solid understanding of CRM and SLM platforms, BI architectures, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience holding full budget accountability for digitalization programs. Elite stakeholder communication - able to build consensus across diverse functional and executive stakeholders. Nice to have: Exposure to humanoid robotics, cobots, or other advanced technology industries. Familiarity with service benchmarks in relevant industries. Experience introducing BI as a shared intelligence layer across a multi team organisation. PMO tooling proficiency (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent). What We Offer Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale. 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas-New Year shutdown). Private healthcare, including virtual and in person care. Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings. Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in office. Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics. Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
