The RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading Main Contractor working on a large-scale Hyperscale Data Centre project in Europe.
This is a high-intensity, fast-paced project environment requiring an experienced MEP Coordinator who can work effectively under pressure, manage complex MEP services and deliver high-quality coordinated models to demanding project programmes.
We are open to both contract and permanent candidates. For contractors, the opportunity is available on a 6-month rolling basis, paying up to £42 per hour Outside IR35.
The successful candidate will initially work from the project team's office near Portsmouth for the first month. Following this initial period, the role will move to a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have strong commercial experience in Revit MEP coordination, ideally gained within a Main Contractor, MEP Contractor or specialist subcontractor environment.

Initial 1 month office-based near Portsmouth
Thereafter 3 days office / 2 days home
Laptop ideally provided by the contractor

Permanent candidates with the right experience will also be considered, with the opportunity to join the Main Contractor on a long-term basis and work on major Hyperscale Data Centre projects.
