Location: Swansea (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £37,672 per annum

Goleudy is entering an exciting new chapter. As we continue to develop and grow, we are seeking an ambitious and experienced Fundraising Manager to lead the creation and development of our fundraising function and help transform how the organisation generates income.
This is a rare opportunity to join a respected and values-led charity at a pivotal stage in its journey. Reporting directly to the Deputy CEO, you will have the autonomy, influence and support needed to develop and implement a long-term fundraising strategy that will help secure sustainable income and increase our impact for years to come.
About the Role
As Goleudy's lead fundraising professional, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a fundraising strategy that supports our ambition of becoming a fundraising charity.
You will identify, secure and grow income from a range of sources including:
- Trusts and foundations
- Public sector funders
- Corporate partnerships
- Community fundraising initiatives
- Strategic partnerships and collaborative opportunities
Working closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the organisation, you will strengthen our case for support, develop compelling funding proposals and establish the systems, processes and tools needed to embed fundraising throughout Goleudy.
This is a strategic role, but we are also looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships, spotting opportunities and turning ideas into successful funding outcomes.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated and experienced fundraising professional who can demonstrate:
- A successful track record of securing funding and generating income
- Strong bid-writing and proposal development skills
- Experience developing relationships with funders, partners and stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organisational and project management abilities
- The ability to translate impact and outcomes into compelling funding propositions
- A proactive, entrepreneurial and solutions-focused approach
