Senior Finance Transformation Analyst
London (1 day per week)
£66,000-£70,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be supporting a well-known international organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Transformation Analyst. This is a highly visible opportunity to drive data quality, process improvement and business performance initiatives across a complex, multi-site environment.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations, you'll take ownership of identifying, analysing and resolving data-related process challenges. You will map end-to-end processes, conduct gap analysis, identify root causes of issues, and implement sustainable improvements that enhance reporting quality, business insight and decision-making.
This role would suit a qualified accountant who enjoys getting under the skin of complex data and process issues, partnering with stakeholders and delivering meaningful change across an organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead process mapping and gap analysis exercises across multiple business functions
Identify and resolve data quality, reporting and process inefficiencies
Support global budgeting, forecasting and scenario-planning activities
Develop financial models and analytical tools to support business decision-making
Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to senior leadership teams
Challenge existing ways of working and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation
Essential Experience:
Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant
Demonstrable experience improving data quality and data-related processes within a complex organisation
Proven process mapping and gap analysis experience
Strong Finance Business Partnering experience
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Experience working with large data sets and complex reporting environments
Experience working within complex data environments
