Insolvency Practitioner / Director South Yorkshire £80-£100k

Role Outline
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the corporate insolvency process, compliance and have excellent communication skills.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships both new and existing.
- Manage formal insolvency cases from the initial enquiry right through to conclusion
- Meeting with clients identifying and assessing the business financial situation and determine the best course of action.
- Lead and progress all aspects of insolvency case work including pre and post appointment procedures and compliance matters efficiently.
- Oversee and assist with the training and development of the team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members in the department.
Experience
- Corporate Insolvency Experience : 5 years (required)
- JIEB qualified Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to take joint appointments with our existing IP.
- Proven experience in corporate insolvency dealing with liquidations and administrations.
- Strong people management skills.
Salary
Salary £80 - £100k which is dependent on experience and ability to generate new business and is negotiable subject to experience and qualifications.
