• Campaign creation & execution - build, test, and deploy email campaigns using ESPs such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Force24
• Copywriting & content - write subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and ensure brand consistency.
• Segmentation & list management - maintain clean lists, segment audiences, manage preferences, and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Automation & lifecycle flows - create welcome journeys, nurture sequences, abandoned-cart flows, re-engagement campaigns.

• Deliverability management - monitor inbox placement, bounce rates, spam complaints, sender reputation, and authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
• A/B testing & optimisation - test subject lines, send times, creative, segmentation logic, and automation triggers.
• Performance analysis - track opens, clicks, conversions, revenue attribution, and produce actionable insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration - work with design, CRM, digital, content, and product teams to align messaging and strategy.
