About Us

Leadenhall Estates is a growing residential estate agency and part of the Get Sold Now group of companies.

Due to the continued expansion of our estate agency operation, we are urgently looking for two enthusiastic Estate Agent Office Juniors to join our team, with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in estate agency and property.

You'll gain hands-on experience across the estate agency business, working alongside experienced property professionals and learning the full residential sales process.

Previous estate agency experience is not essential. We're much more interested in finding bright, confident and motivated people who are keen to learn, work hard and build a career in property.

The Role

Based initially in our Shoreditch office, you'll support our estate agency and sales teams with the day-to-day running of a busy residential property portfolio.

The role will be varied and will give you exposure to the full estate agency process, from properties first coming to market through to enquiries, viewings, offers, sales progression and completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with property enquiries.
• Speaking with prospective buyers and registering their requirements.
• Arranging and coordinating property viewings.
• Managing viewing appointments and property diaries.
• Following up with buyers after viewings and obtaining feedback.
• Updating property details and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Assisting with uploading and updating property listings.
• Helping prepare properties for marketing.
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other estate agents.
• Supporting the team with offers and agreed sales.
• Assisting the sales progression team where required.
• Chasing outstanding information and helping keep transactions moving.
• Carrying out general office and administrative duties.
• Learning how properties are marketed, negotiated and sold.
• Supporting the wider estate agency team wherever required.

About You

You don't necessarily need previous estate agency experience. We're looking for people with the right attitude, personality and ambition.

You should be:

• Confident and comfortable speaking to people on the telephone.
• Friendly, professional and presentable.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Able to work effectively in a busy office environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Proactive and willing to get involved.
• Genuinely interested in property and estate agency.
• Ambitious and keen to progress your career.

Previous office, customer service, sales or estate agency experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Important - Office Location

The position is currently based at our Shoreditch office in London.

However, the office may relocate to Loughton, Essex in the near future, so applicants must be comfortable travelling to either location.
