A leading investment manager seeks a Corporate lawyer with 2-6 PQE to transition into a generalist asset management role within its legal team. The role focuses on advising the asset management business in Europe, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting global initiatives.
You will draft, review, and negotiate IMAs, distribution and marketing agreements, and advise on cross border marketing rules, MiFID II, AIFMD and UCITS.
