Chemist4U in Lancashire is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and webchat. You will handle enquiries, resolve issues promptly, provide after-sales support and maintain professional relationships that drive customer satisfaction.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with an early evening schedule (Mon-Fri 1:00pm-9:30pm) and one Saturday shift every four weeks, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
