As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team supporting the Double Tree by Hilton Woking hotel which is just a short walk from Victoria Place shopping centre, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The newly refurbished meeting and event spaces provide the perfect setting for gatherings of up to 350 guests.

As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing overnight front desk operations, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, responding to guest queries, and liaising withother departments as needed to maintain a seamless and welcoming guest experience throughout the night.

We'relooking for a reliable and proactive Night Receptionist who is passionate about providing a safe, welcoming, and seamless overnight experience for guests.You'llhave experience in a front desk or hospitality role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. Confident with hotel systems and comfortable in a fast-paced environment,you'llhandle guest queries efficiently, support colleagues when needed, anddemonstrateprofessionalism, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused attitude throughout your shift.
