Sous Chef: Lead Kitchen, Seasonal Dishes, OTE £15.25-£15.75

Heartwood Collection is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations within our branded Heartwood Brasseries and pubs. You will run sections, train cooks, and support the head chef to deliver fresh, seasonal dishes across our venues.

We welcome 3-4 years of Sous Chef experience, with exposure to branded operations and basic administration. The role offers a 48-hour contract with paid overtime, TRONC-based pay, and development through our Stepping Stones programme.
