Temporary Events Officer

Signature Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Events Officer for a Central London higher education institution.

This role pays £19.03 per hour plus holiday pay and is offered as a three-month temporary assignment, working five days per week and fully onsite.

Temporary Events Officer - The Role:

You will join a small team supporting events, student recruitment activity and communications for an academic area. The role offers variety across digital channels, printed materials and in-person activity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of events and student recruitment activities.
• Coordinating email and digital communications.
• Supporting website and social media content.
• Contributing to printed marketing and communications materials.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and multiple stakeholders.
• Helping promote academic activity to a range of audiences.

Temporary Events Officer - What's on Offer:

Temporary Events Officer - Who We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in events, marketing or communications.
• Knowledge of relevant marketing techniques.
• Strong communication skills across different audiences and channels.
• Confidence working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Higher Education experience would be desirable but is not essential.
