Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business growth across the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets. This role is focused on helping investment management firms improve how they measure, analyse and communicate investment performance through advanced analytics, risk and reporting solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new logo business, developing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and managing complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial engagement through to close. This is a highly consultative role requiring an understanding of the challenges facing investment managers across performance measurement, attribution, risk oversight and investment reporting.

Based in London, the role offers the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading firms while helping shape the future of investment analytics and decision-support technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business sales across asset managers, institutional investors and wealth managers throughout the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets.
• Develop and execute territory plans to identify, engage and win new clients.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders including Heads of Performance, Chief Risk Officers, Heads of Investment Operations, COOs and investment technology leaders.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving investment analytics, performance measurement, attribution and risk solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Solution Consultants and Client Success teams to maximise sales effectiveness and win rates.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting through Salesforce.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

• 5+ years' experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, data or investment technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and enterprise sales.
• Experience selling into asset managers, wealth managers, institutional investors or other buy-side organisations.
• Strong understanding of investment performance measurement, performance attribution, risk analytics or investment reporting workflows.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders across investment, operations, risk and technology functions.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales processes and procurement cycles.
• Strong prospecting, territory planning and business development capabilities.
• Experience using Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
