Altrad is seeking a Regional Blue Collar Recruiter to support day-to-day vacancies, outages and mobilisation across multiple operational sites in the Goldthorpe area. You will work closely with Operations, hiring managers and the Resource team to fill roles safely, compliantly and within agreed timescales.
Responsibilities include sourcing and screening skilled tradespeople, managing candidates through onboarding and mobilisation, ensuring right-to-work and SQEP checks, and maintaining strong
