Full service law firm with offices across Surrey and London are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor of 10 years + PQE to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be working within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy. Partnership prospects are on offer!
Family Solicitor - Position Overview:
- Manage a full and varied caseload of HNW family matters
- Handle divorce, nuptial agreements, children and financial matters
- Competitive remuneration in line with experience and progression

Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:
- Experience providing tailored advice to HNW clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, and private individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in all aspects of childcare law
Requirements of the Family Solicitor:
- Minimum of 10 years PQE as a Family Solicitor dealing with HNW Private family matters
- Have a proven track record of developing business
- Able to maintain strong, trusted client partnerships
- Have a strong desire in taking on a leadership role and build the department further.
