Part Time Hospitality Assistant

Signature Recruitment is seeking a Part Time Hospitality Assistant to join a busy organisation in Mayfair.

Paying £16 per hour, this is a two-month temporary assignment working approximately 26 hours per week, Monday to Thursday. Standard hours are 8:30am-3:00pm, with potential flexibility to work 8:00am-2:30pm. The role is fully office-based and an immediate start is preferred.

Part Time Hospitality Assistant - The Role:

You will work closely with Reception and the Facilities Manager to provide hospitality for client and internal meetings. The focus is on ensuring visitors receive a professional, welcoming service and that meeting rooms, refreshments and catering arrangements run smoothly throughout the day.

You will support several meeting rooms and regularly interact with senior stakeholders and corporate visitors, so confidence, good judgement and strong communication are important.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, refreshing and resetting meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Serving refreshments and providing attentive hospitality support to clients, visitors and colleagues.
• Coordinating external catering deliveries and supporting catered client lunches.
• Managing daily breakfast, fruit and refreshment deliveries and keeping hospitality areas organised.
• Working closely with Reception and Facilities to ensure meeting spaces remain ready and well presented.
• Supporting meeting room bookings, catering orders and wider hospitality coordination as required following training.

Part Time Hospitality Assistant - Who We're Looking For:

• Previous client-facing hospitality experience is essential.
• Corporate office, hotel, conference or executive hospitality experience would be particularly relevant.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence interacting professionally with senior stakeholders, clients and visitors.
• A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate requirements and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail when coordinating meetings, refreshments and catering.
• A friendly, personable and professional approach.
