Estate Agent

We have an amazing opportunity for a very valued client of ours in their Leigh on Sea office. They are looking for an established confident Estate Agent to join their team.

The Duties-

• Onboarding vendors
• Converting valuation appointments to listings
• Carrying out viewings
• Working closely with the sale progressor to complete sales
• Building upon the current 21 property for sale portfolio
• Working closely with letting to convert ad support landlords where appropriate
• Assisting lettings where needed with viewings and client discussions

The Person-

• Proven Estate Agency experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player, working closely with other roles within the business
• If you have previous experience in letting too this is hugely beneficial
• Must hold a full driving licence

The Hours-

Monday-Friday 9-5pm, Saturday 9-2pm, a day off in the week when working the Saturday (The day off in the week is open to discussion)

The Pay-

Base salary DOE £35,00-£50,000 per annum

Commission is paid at a 10% rate
