We're looking for a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist financial services recruitment business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in HR, recruitment, sales, resourcing or talent acquisition who is looking to develop their career, increase their earning potential and work in a flexible environment.

No financial services recruitment experience? No problem. We'll provide the specialist training and support you need to succeed.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the full recruitment process, including:

• Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
• Business development and generating new opportunities
• Managing and developing existing client relationships
• Taking and managing vacancies from clients
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
• Maintaining accurate candidate and client records
• Developing your knowledge and network within the financial services sector

Our clients are primarily based across London, Sussex and Surrey, and you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates within this specialist market.

You don't necessarily need to be an experienced recruiter. We're interested in people who have the right attitude, drive and transferable skills.
