Property Transactions Lead - Asset Strategy

ACCENT housing is seeking a Property Transaction Officer in a hybrid role covering Bradford or Peterborough. The role leads property sales, transfers and acquisitions to support Accent's asset strategy and delivers on value for money and community impact.

You will coordinate end-to-end property transactions, liaise with solicitors and external partners, and maintain accurate records while guiding governance and stakeholders with regular updates.
