Aviation Building Services Design Lead

WSP is seeking an experienced Design Manager for the Services South team, primarily based at Heathrow. You will lead and mentor engineers across MEP, structural and architectural disciplines to deliver coordinated, compliant and robust design solutions.

You will develop design delivery plans, monitor progress against programme and budget, and support bids from a technical and design management perspective. This role offers exposure to major aviation projects and client-facing opportunities.
