Are you an experienced TIG Welder looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a well-established engineering manufacturer?

We're looking for a TIG Welder to join a specialist welding team producing high-quality stainless steel components for industrial applications across a range of sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with TIG welding experience who is looking to further develop their skills, gain additional welding codings and work within a quality-focused manufacturing environment.

What's On Offer?

• Up to £37,000 basic salary
• 20% shift allowance
• Up to £44,400 total package
• Full-time permanent position
• Training and welding codings provided
• Early finish every Friday
• Long-term career development opportunities

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Thursday: 3:30pm - 12:30am
• Friday: 11:30am - 5:30pm

The Role

• TIG welding stainless steel components
• Pipe and tube welding activities
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Producing high-quality welds to company standards
• Working with specialist welding equipment and fixtures
• Supporting quality and inspection requirements
• Working as part of an experienced manufacturing team

We're Interested In Speaking To Candidates With Experience In:

• Welder Fabrication
• Purge Welding
• Coded Welding
• Food, Pharmaceutical, Process or Manufacturing Environments

Previous coding qualifications, orbital welding or duplex material experience would be advantageous but are not essential.
