Altrincham £24,000 Permanent Monday to Friday

Are you an organised Order Processor or Customer Service Administrator who enjoys taking ownership of customer orders from start to finish?

• Processing and managing customer orders from sale through to delivery
• Keeping customers updated on order progress
• Liaising with sales, warehouse, procurement and finance teams
• Raising invoices and credit notes
• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Resolving order queries quickly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate customer and order records

• Previous order processing and customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Confident telephone and email communication skills
• Experience handling multiple customer orders
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• ERP/SAP experience would be an advantage

• £24,000 salary
• 35-hour Monday-to-Friday week
