Real Estate Tax Manager

Working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, you will advise a diverse client base including property investors, real estate funds, developers, REITs and institutional investors across a range of asset classes. The breadth of work available provides the opportunity to become involved in the wider commercial and strategic aspects of projects.

Real estate or property tax experience is not essential, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to specialise within the sector.

• Advise clients on the tax aspects of UK and international real estate transactions, acquisitions and disposals
• Support the delivery of structuring, due diligence and wider tax advisory projects
• Work closely with Partners and Directors on complex transactions and strategic client matters
• Build and develop relationships with a diverse range of real estate clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the practice
• Coach and develop junior team members, helping to support their professional development

• Strong UK corporate tax experience, ideally with exposure to the real estate sector
• Experience providing tax advisory support on transactions, structuring projects or complex client engagements
• Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical, client-focused advice
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting and developing junior team members
