Arcade is seeking a Director of Brand Growth and Operations to lead the next phase of growth for Manna and Solis. This is a business leadership role for an operator who thinks and behaves like an owner, taking full accountability for commercial performance, profitability, leadership structure, and long-term scalability of two high-growth hospitality brands.
The role requires strengthening operational foundations, improving profitability, building leadership capability, and scaling both brands
