Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 (DOE) + Excellent OTE & Benefits

Are you an experienced service advisor looking to join a successful main dealership representing a highly desirable brand?
Our client, a busy and progressive main dealer based in Canterbury, is looking to recruit a service advisor to join their established service department team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional team, with excellent long-term career progression available.

Key responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers in the service reception
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Booking in vehicles and advising customers on repair timelines
- Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated
- Handling general administration duties
- Working collaboratively within a busy team environment
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience as a service advisor within the motor trade
- Strong knowledge of dealership processes
- Professional, well presented and customer focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
