We are looking for an organised, proactive and compassionate FLS Administrator to join our Fracture Liaison Service team.
Working closely with our Fracture Liaison Specialist Practitioners, you will play an important role in supporting patients through their care pathway, helping to ensure that they receive timely, coordinated and effective support.
What you'll doCoordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the Fracture Liaison Service.
Monitor patient pathways and help ensure that patients progress through their care in a timely manner.
Proactively recognise potential problems and work with colleagues to address them.
Work closely with the FLS Specialist Practitioners and wider clinical teams to support a smooth and effective patient journey.
Provide a professional, friendly and responsive service to patients, colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
