With strong backing, impressive growth, and ambitious expansion plans, analytics sits at the heart of decision-making across the organisation.The RoleYou will lead commercial analytics and pricing strategy across the business.Responsibilities include:

• Owning pricing strategy and experimentation
• Analysing unit economics, profitability, and growth opportunities
• Supporting new commercial partnerships with pricing and financial modelling
• Partnering with Product, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams
• Building scalable analytics tools and frameworks
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in commercial analytics, pricing, strategy, or growth analytics
• Advanced SQL and Python skills
• Experience working with large datasets and experimentation frameworks
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions
• Background in fintech, lending, ecommerce, subscriptions, or digital businesses preferred
