Pear Recruitment - Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location - Shoreditch
Salary - Basic £22,000 - £26,000 OTE £50,000 - £60,000
Hours - Monday - Friday - NO WEEKENDS
No Need to Drive

Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.
- Marketing rental properties (online listings, photos, advertisements)
- Finding suitable tenants, Understanding their housing requirements and budget
- Negotiating rental terms and tenancy agreements
- Advising on market rental values
- Coordinating references and tenant background checks
- Prepare tenancy paperwork
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
About You:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
- A strong customer focus.
- Desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivation with a can do attitude.
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
