Senior Engineering Manager, Growth & Cross-Platform Delivery

Trainline is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering across the Customer Growth pillar, spanning web, backend and mobile. You will oversee Engineering Managers and multiple squads, aligning technical delivery with business goals and shaping how we present value and pricing to customers.

You'll partner with Product, Design, Data and Commercial to drive high-impact opportunities, build a culture of technical excellence, and foster growth across teams.
