Recruitment Consultant

Location: Chadderton, Greater Manchester

Working Hours: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE 50k+)

From sales executives, technicians to senior management, we partner with leading automotive brands to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

We are looking for a driven and personable Recruitment Consultant to add to our team. This is primarily a 180-recruitment role where you will manage the full hiring process-from sourcing, managing clients and candidates through the interview and selection process, to placing candidates.

• Advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms and manage the response
• Source (extensive database), screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
• Manage automations and outreach techniques to identify active and passive candidates
• Select and package candidates to showcase their skills and experience against the job specification to clients
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive clients
• Provide market insight and hiring advice to clients
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding
• Market 'placeable' candidates proactively across our client base and businesses currently recruiting for that skillset

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, retail, hospitality or similar industry (automotive experience desirable)
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Passion for the automotive industry is a plus

• Competitive base salary plus realistic commission of £20,000 OTE
• Training programme and ongoing support - via our L&D Manager
