HR Transformation Lead (TUPE) - Hybrid, 18m Contract

Marks Sattin (UK) Ltd is recruiting an experienced HR Project Manager to join a major transformation programme. You will drive people-focused change initiatives, with emphasis on TUPE transfers, organisational change, and HR transformation.

Working with senior stakeholders across HR, Operations and Transformation, you will ensure delivery of key workstreams on time and within scope. This hybrid role is based in Birmingham, offering an 18-month fixed-term contract and a competitive salary.
