This is an excellent opportunity for a senior banking & finance lawyer to join a successful and expanding team, working on a broad range of high-quality real estate finance matters for an impressive client base.

The opportunity

  • Experience acting for either lenders or borrowers, ideally with exposure to both sides of transactions.

  • The ability to take ownership of transactions and manage matters with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Supervisory and mentoring capabilities, with a genuine interest in developing junior team members.

  • A proactive and commercial approach to client service and business development.
