Job Description Following a successful start and strong market traction, we're looking for a recruiter to help take our Financial Services specialism across the South & South East region to the next level. Working closely with the Regional Manager, you'll inherit a desk with an established client network, active opportunities, and significant untapped potential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining business development with relationship-building to grow a specialist market and establish themselves as a go-to recruiter within Financial Services. With the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of Reed behind you, you'll be well positioned to drive further growth and success.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales activity, developing business opportunities through targeted cold calling, attending sales meetings, delivering presentations, and networking at events.
