Contracts Manager
6 Month Initial Contract September Start
£550-£600 per day Inside IR35
Central London
Hybrid Working - 2 days on-site

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in housing contracts, procurement and mobilisation? This is an exciting opportunity to join a major housing service, reporting into senior leadership and taking ownership of a high-profile portfolio of M&E contracts, projects and major works programmes.

As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring contracts are delivering value for money, meeting performance standards and remaining fit for purpose. You will work closely with third-party providers, manage commercial performance and oversee specialist Quantity Surveying functions across a significant housing portfolio.

Your Role as Contracts Manager:
  • Lead contract management across M&E, projects and major works programmes
  • Oversee procurement, mobilisation and commissioning activities for new and existing service contracts
  • Manage and support Quantity Surveyors, ensuring robust commercial controls are in place
  • Monitor KPIs, performance standards and value for money across the contract portfolio
  • Build successful relationships with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to drive service improvement
Your Previous Experience as Contracts Manager:
  • Strong experience managing housing-related contracts and commercial services
  • Proven track record of procuring, mobilising and embedding large-scale contracts
  • Experience overseeing long-term service contracts and contract transitions
  • Demonstrable success delivering efficiencies, savings and commercial improvements
  • Personable, influential and results-focused with the ability to get things done
