Connolly is seeking a proactive Resourcing Coordinator/Resourcer in Wigan to support recruitment across trades and labour roles. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
In this role you will work closely with operational teams, use multiple sourcing channels and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
