Задачи
- Partner with function leaders to evaluate hiring requirements, lead searches, and recommend quality and inclusive candidate shortlists;
- Own the full hiring cycle, including job qualification, proactive sourcing, interviewing, selection, and closing of key talent;
- Deliver a world-class, end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers;
- Monitor, maintain, and proactively report key recruitment metrics.
Требования
- Experience recruiting across Engineering and Product;
- Previous recruitment experience in start-up or scale-up companies within a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead recruitment and suggest improvements to the recruitment function;
- Numerate, analytical, and metrics-focused;
- Demonstrable skills in proactively building talent pipelines outside organic applications.
