Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Bristol & Bath Area
Up to 40,000 + Overtime + Company Van
We're looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team covering sites across Bristol and Bath. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, wants variety in their day, and is happy to get stuck in across a range of building services tasks.
You'll mainly be working across commercial offices, care homes and residential/commercial properties carrying out planned maintenance, compliance checks and general building services work.
What you'll be doing:
- PPMs make up around 60% of the role
- Maintenance and testing of tap temperatures
- Fire alarm checks and maintenance
- Emergency lighting inspections and testing
- General building maintenance duties across multiple sites
What's on offer:
- Up to 40,000 salary
- Monday to Friday only
- 8-hour shifts between 7am and 6pm
- No on-call rota
- Company van and fuel card
- Personal use of the van permitted
- Local patch covering Bristol and Bath only
- Maximum travel time of around 1 hour
- Plenty of overtime available for those who want it
