We are working with a highly regarded and prestigious Point of Sale company that partners with some of the world's leading retail and consumer brands. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Creative Development Designer to join their talented design and development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys taking a concept from the initial creative idea through to a fully developed, commercially viable product.

As a Creative Development Designer, you will work closely with creative, commercial, engineering and production teams to develop innovative Point of Sale solutions that combine visual impact, functionality, manufacturability and commercial value.

You will be involved throughout the development process, from interpreting client briefs and developing initial concepts through to producing detailed designs, prototypes and supporting the transition into production.

This is a hands-on role where your ability to think creatively while understanding materials, manufacturing processes and technical constraints will be essential.

Key Responsibilities of the Creative Development Designer:

• Develop innovative Point of Sale and retail display concepts from initial brief through to production.
• Produce detailed 3D CAD models, technical drawings, specifications and Bills of Materials.
• Develop prototypes and refine designs based on testing, feedback and commercial requirements.
• Ensure designs meet project budgets, quality standards and agreed timescales.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop solutions that meet both creative and commercial objectives.

Requirements for the Creative Development Designer:

• Strong experience in 3D CAD and technical design.
• A proven track record of developing physical products from concept through to manufacture.
• Experience producing technical drawings, specifications and BOMs.
• Excellent problem-solving and design-development skills.
• The ability to work across multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
