The role.We are seeking a Senior HR Adviser to provide expert advice and support to managers and senior leaders on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and organisational change.

Qualifications.We are looking for candidates educated to Level 5 vocational qualification standard in a HR-related discipline (or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience).
CIPD membership and/or progress towards Chartered Membership is desirable.
Work style.At North Somerset Council, we offer a hybrid working environment based on four distinct work styles. However, please note that during the induction period, it may be necessary to spend more time in the office to support your learning and development.
