As a Shift Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a safe, compliant and productive shift
- Enforce safety standards and hold the team accountable to them
- Manage shift operations and resources to hit the production plan
- Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality and efficiency
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing shift team
- Provide cover across both bakeries when required
As a Shift Manager, your experience will include:
- Proven leadership experience in a production environment
- Confidence making sound, timely operational decisions and knowing when to escalate
- A track record in risk identification, management and mitigation
- Strong working knowledge of safety legislation
- Experience running or contributing to capital or improvement projects (advantageous)
