Overview
A leading London private wealth law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its established property practice. The team advises private clients, estates, investors and institutions on a broad range of high-value real estate matters across the UK.
This is a growth hire within a busy team and offers an excellent opportunity for a 2-3 PQE associate to develop within a well-regarded practice known for its high-quality work and strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Advise on a range of commercial real estate matters including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals.
- Support property transactions involving high-value estates and private client portfolios.
- Draft and negotiate leases, property agreements and transaction documentation.
- Manage reporting processes for real estate transactions and due diligence.
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm on multi-disciplinary matters involving private clients and property assets.
About You
- England & Wales qualified solicitor.
- 2-3 years' PQE with commercial real estate experience gained at a recognised City or national firm.
- Experience advising on landlord and tenant matters and broader property transactions.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with strong client communication abilities.
- Motivated to develop within a collaborative and client-focused environment.
