WELDER / FABRICATOR
Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience + Overtime
Location: Hoddesdon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Are you an experienced Welder / Fabricator looking for a new opportunity?
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Coded MIG Welder / Fabricator to join a busy and growing team based in Hoddesdon. This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work on a range of welding and fabrication projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and fabricating a variety of components, including repairing worn blades, welding and repairing holes, and carrying out general fabrication work. You will need to be confident working independently, producing high-quality work and ensuring all repairs are completed safely and to the required standard.
The Role:
Carry out coded welding to a high standard
Repair worn blades and components
Weld and repair holes and damaged sections
Carry out a variety of general fabrication work
Use welding and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Coded MIG Welder qualification is essential
Previous experience as a Welder / Fabricator
Strong welding and fabrication skills
Experience repairing worn or damaged metal components
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Reliable and motivated with a proactive approach
What's On Offer:
