Regional Recruitment Lead - Multi-Site Operations

IN2SKI is hiring a Multi-Site Recruitment Co-ordinator on a 12-month FTC to oversee delivery across Liverpool, Runcorn and Skelmersdale. You will bridge client stakeholders and on-site delivery teams, leading high-volume recruitment operations and ensuring compliance.

You will manage KPI reviews, SLAs and workforce planning across several sites, travel regularly, and support profitability and service quality in a fast-paced environment.
