The Opportunity
We're looking for motivated, people-focused colleagues to join this exciting programme as Employment Specialists on a fixed term basis (dependent on funding).
This role offers a unique blend of hands on coaching experience, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to a high profile partnership programme.
What You'll Do
- Work one-to-one with participants to identify strengths, set goals and build confidence
- Support individuals with CVs, job applications and interview preparation
- Build relationships with local employers to create job and training opportunities
- Provide practical guidance, encouragement and ongoing support

- Confidence working with people from diverse backgrounds
