Senior Personal Assistant - FloatSalary: £30,000 per annum, depending on experienceLocation: Leeds LS10Contract: Permanent, full timeShifts: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm, 1-hour unpaid lunchWork model: Fully onsite during probation. Operating with precision, structure, and reliability, the role requires the ability to manage complex and frequently changing diaries, coordinate intricate multi stop travel itineraries, and respond rapidly to shifting priorities without compromising accuracy.A successful Floating PA will demonstrate rigorous attention to detail, consistently high performance, strong judgement, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, confidential, and internationally focused environment. Experience within private equity or financial services is highly beneficial, as is the ability to support multiple stakeholders simultaneously with professionalism, clarity, and dependable execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple complex diaries with accuracy, foresight, and adaptabilityCoordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and virtual arrangementsPlan and manage intricate domestic and international travel itineraries.Provide rapid, precise responses to shifting prioritiesHandle calls, correspondence, and confidential information professionallyServe as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders across time zonesPrepare expenses, documents, reports, and communication materialsMaintain highly accurate records, filing systems, and CRM informationSupport document production, formatting, and quality controlCollaborate with wider teams, offering cover and support where requiredUphold high standards of organisation, structure, and consistencyKey CompetenciesDemonstrated PA experience supporting multiple stakeholdersExceptional accuracy, organisation, and attention to detailStrong time management and ability to stay calm under pressureAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Comfort working remotely while remaining connected and communicativeAbility to anticipate needs and take proactive actionPersonal AttributesHighly structured, dependable, and consistent performerNimble, adaptable, and confident navigating last minute changesStrong interpersonal skills; a collaborative team playerSolutions driven mindset with sound judgementDiscreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive informationUsing AI in your applicationWe're happy for you to use AI tools to research us, polish your cv/cover letter, and practice interviews.
