LemFi is building a global, fast-moving financial app focused on the Global South. This People Operations Coordinator role is the backbone of our HR function across markets, ensuring processes run smoothly, compliance is maintained, and data stays accurate.
You'll own onboarding/offboarding, contracts, probation, background checks, right-to-work, leave management, HRIS data integrity, and automation to scale as we grow. You'll support employees and managers globally.
