Part II Architectural Assistant

A Part II Architectural Assistant job in Richmond, London, supporting heritage and luxury residential projects, including work on a Grade II listed building. This permanent opportunity suits a creative architectural professional with UK heritage project experience who can support technical delivery, consultant coordination and project administration while working closely with an established design and architecture team.

• Produce coordinated technical packages across relevant project stages

• Support heritage and luxury residential project delivery

• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants

• Manage project administration accurately and independently

• Present design information to relevant project stakeholders

• At least 1 year of UK heritage project experience

• High-end residential experience is beneficial

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of UK building regulations and technical detailing

• Strong design, presentation and communication skills

You should be confident managing workloads independently and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. Hand sketching ability is beneficial, and a portfolio must accompany your application.

• 33,000 - 40,000 DOE

• 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
