Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join the team at Leeds Beckett University's Carnegie Sports School at the Headingley Campus.
Working Hours -
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
What We're Looking For -
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced food service and coffee environment
- Confidence preparing and serving hot and cold food items
- Experience using Merrychef ovens
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliability and good timekeeping
Duties Will Include -
- Preparing and serving food and beverages
- Operating coffee machines
- Using Merrychef ovens to prepare food
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Working as part of a busy catering team during peak service periods
