Strategic HR Partner: Absence & Wellbeing Lead

Torfaen County Borough Council in Pontypool is seeking an HR Project Partner (Absence Management and Wellbeing) to lead a proactive approach to sickness absence, wellbeing and attendance across the council.

You will work with managers, unions and HR colleagues to develop strategies, use data to identify trends and drive change, with CIPD Level 7 or equivalent expertise. This is a permanent, full-time role with a focus on shaping organisational culture.
